Welcome to the Department of Athletics for the Webutuck Warriors!

In keeping with the mission and philosophy of the Webutuck Central School District, the athletics program seeks to provide opportunities for student-athletes to develop skills in leadership, teamwork, and citizenship within an environment of fair play, mutual respect, and fun. We strive to develop programs that are safe and impress upon our student-athletes to value commitment, to work for academic success, and to learn about health and wellness. Webutuck is a member in good standing with the Mid Hudson Athletic Conference (MHAL) and Section IX of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA).

Each week, two student-athletes are selected by coaches who represent the highest standards in either athletic performance or leadership and attitude.  The Webutuck Department of Athletics firmly believes and promotes those players who balance athletic ability with great character and sportsmanship.  We applaud the efforts of our student-athletes and embrace the positive influence of our coaches.  Congratulations to all award winners!

Warrior Pride Award: Daniel Swift, Senior, Varsity Soccer.  "We are proud to select Daniel for the first ever Warrior Pride Award.  The award was developed this summer and it goes to the student-athlete who best represents the Webutuck Athletic Department.  The recipient consistently displays a high level of sportsmanship, character, integrity, and pride; and Dan showed tremendous leadership and pride throughout the entire fall season." - Mr. Matt Pascale, Director of Physical Education and Athletics.
