Welcome to Health Education Class!  My name is Liz Viggiano and I will be your Health teacher this year.  I am NYS certified in Health Education and in Physical Education.  I started my career as a Personal Trainer/Fitness manager for NYSC in Westchester, NY.  I was a Personal Trainer for many years.  I then got my master’s degree in Health and Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy from Manhattanville College and got my first teaching job as a Physical Education teacher.  I have taught Physical Education and Health for many years. My hobbies are hanging out with my two daughters and going to their sporting events. I love to play soccer and still play in a women’s league. I like to take my dog's for walks, read, exercise and hang out with my family. I am looking forward to a great year and getting to know all of you!
