Welcome to Fourth Grade!

My name is Mr. Hart. I have been a teacher at Webutuck for nineteen years. My goal each year is to create a positive classroom environment where students learn to recognize their strengths and potential while becoming independent learners. I'm looking forward to having another awesome year in fourth grade!
