The Webutuck Board of Education held the September 30, 2009 meeting at 6:15 p.m. in the Webutuck High School Library.

CALL TO ORDER

President Culver called the Special Business meeting of September 30, 2009 to order at 6:15 p.m.

1.  Surplus Equipment

Mr. Matteo made and Mr. McGhee seconded the following motion:

Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Education hereby authorizes that the following list of equipment be declared surplus:

(There are more items in storage than appear here, however, to reach those items those listed have to be moved out of the way.  There may be another sale in the spring.  Pricing structure was discussed.)

BOARD MEMBER QUESTIONS

A Board member stated knowledge of ½ dozen vans that would possibly be for sale through an auction by the County.  Discussion ensued.

The Superintendent stated he would be out of the District on Thursday due to a family illness.
