• Every student can learn and can be successful. 
• Educators and parents/caregivers must work together in order to give our students the best chance of success.
• Students and teachers deserve a safe and welcoming school environment.
• Educators must learn about and appreciate who their students are as individuals.
• School is more than learning subjects. School should provide learning opportunities that extend beyond the classroom and help prepare students as citizens in their community.
