1:1 Device Program Scheduling

Welcome Back Webutuck Families, 

 

We can’t wait to see you at our Back to School Social on 9/6 between 4:30-6pm. 

 

This year, grades PreK through 2nd grade will keep their iPads in school. They will not be bringing them back and forth. Grade 3 through Grade 12 will bring them back and forth to school daily. 

 

All 4th through 9th grade students will be turning in their iPads and receiving Chromebooks. We must have updated device contracts before they receive their new Chromebook.

If you have your device at home currently, please turn it on and make sure it is in working order.  If it is not, please report any issues on the Student Technology Issues Reporting Form: https://forms.gle/iwFc2VzzGk45rrNs7

 

Please do this as soon as possible, so that our students are prepared for the first weeks of school. We will do our best to address any issues with devices during the first week of school. 

 

We are requiring all families to return signed device contracts for the 22/23 school year. Please return them ASAP.

The device contract is on the last page. We will have contracts available at Back to School Night and provide copies for students during the first week of school. 

 

Insurance for the devices is optional again this year. Insurance is available via Worth Ave. Group. The price is $32.00 for a year of coverage. The Student ID Number can be found on the parent portal. To sign up, click the following link: https://gpo.worthavegroup.com/gpo/webutuck-csd

 

The last day to sign up for insurance will be September 30th.

Replacement costs are outlined below: 

iPad- $ 299 Case / Keyboard- $ 99 Case- $ 50 Keyboard- $ 50 Charger-$ 25 Cord- $ 12 Bricks- $ 13 

Chromebook-$300.94 Charger: $40
