Dear Parents/Guardians:

I hope this letter finds everyone healthy and relaxed during this holiday season.

In an effort to assist parents we will be making some adjustments to our starting times and drop off procedures.

Webutuck Elementary School (WES) will now open its doors at 8:30AM and not 8:35AM. 

Eugene Brooks Intermediate School (EBIS) will begin at 8:35AM but parents may drop their child off at the EBIS cafeteria at 8:30AM where there will be teacher assistants supervising the students.  If you choose to drop your child off at the cafeteria, you must drive around to the back of the H.S. and drop them off at the doors to the Middle School cafeteria just beyond the parking lot.  Please do not walk them to the main entrance; these doors will remain locked until 8:35AM.

We will begin this on Monday, December 14, 2009.

I hope this helps and I appreciate everyone’s cooperation and patience as we do our best to ensure the safety of all our students.
