A message from Superintendent David Paciencia:

In the interest of safety for all of our students, please be advised that effective on Monday, November 16, 2009, we will be locking all doors to the schools until specific arrival times.  Doors will be opened at 7:15 A.M. at the Junior-Senior High School, at 8:40 A.M. at the Intermediate School, and at 8:35 A.M. at our Elementary School, known as WES.  Entry times for the Pre-K students at Millerton will be at 8:45 A.M. and 12:30 P.M. Students who are brought to school by parents will need to be dropped off at the appropriate time at the front entries, except at Millerton, and parents will no longer be allowed to walk their children to their classrooms.  Please be aware this change has been brought about after meeting with two police agencies.  Sadly, the times we are living in have changed greatly, and we are trying our best to take the necessary precautions to keep your children safe while in the school setting at all times.  Thank you in advance for your understanding and your cooperation.
